Best Dishes

Last month St. Louis Magazine did a report on the best dish to order at certain St. Louis Restaurants.  Not to be confused with the best restaurants for a category of food, this concept lists restaurants and then picks items off of their menu that are the best.  Jessie and I always try to choose items on the menu that we've either heard the restaurant is known for, or dishes that we think sound the most interesting, so we decided to make our own list based on our experiences.  Feel free to use this as a guide on what to order when trying a new place.
